Hi there,

My Visual Studio Azure credit for this month is over. I am working on a project and approaching the deadline. I need to reactivate the subscription.

Not sure if I can use, some unused credit from previous months, but if not, I am ready to use my personal credit card. The portal is asking me to contact administrator. But I believe, I am the admin for this account.

Your early guidance on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ajit

just add a pay as go subscription. then for the required resources, use the subscription move link.

Hello @Ajit S Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you!

If your Visual Studio Azure credit for this month is over, you can either renew your subscription or switch to a pay-as-you-go subscription. If you have unused credit from previous months, you can use it to continue using Azure services until the credit is exhausted.

To renew your subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Visual Studio Subscriptions page.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. Select the subscription you want to renew.
    4. Select Renew.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process.

If you want to switch to a pay-as-you-go subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. Go to Subscriptions.
    4. Select the subscription you want to switch to pay-as-you-go.
    5. Select Change offer.
    6. Select Pay-As-You-Go.
    7. Follow the prompts to complete the switch process.

If the portal is asking you to contact the administrator, it's possible that you are not the administrator for the subscription. In that case, you can contact the administrator to renew the subscription or switch to a pay-as-you-go subscription. If you are the administrator and still facing issues, you can contact Azure support for assistance.
