RD Gateway Problem

Hello , I am heaving a problem with my RD GATEWAY on my Windows SERVER 2019 it is not connecting even though the RDP connection works just fine. I've filed one print of the error , can somebody help me ?

OBS: The error is in portuguese but is freely translate to "It's not possible to reach the remote resource.Check your connection and try again or ask help to the web administrator"

Hello MARIA RIBEIRO,

Go to Event viewer > Application and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\TerminalServices-Gateway\Operational in the event viewer to find more details on the failure. Refer to the following for more details on the event ids (201/301/etc.) TS Gateway Server Connections | Microsoft Docs

On the Remote Desktop Gateway server, open Gateway Manager. Check if the RAP & CAP policies are configured correctly.

RD CAPs specify who is authorized to connect to RD Gateway. RD RAPs specify the network resources, such as remote desktops or remote apps, that the user is allowed to connect to through the RD Gateway. RD RAPs also authorize access to resources such as RD Session Hosts and RD Connection Brokers.

On the Gateway server check if the 'Network Policy Server' is registered in Active Directory

Hello Karlie,first of all thank you for your help (I was almost giving up) so tested the possibilities and here are the errors and the changes I've made :

I've acessed the log and found 1 kinds of critic error 100 and one warning 400 and 402 (I filed them for you to see) I've seen them before and check all the possible services that they mention as possible disabled or don't working and all of them (except the NPS that you pointed ) were running in the services ;

The NPS was't registered so I did the registration (follows the print attached ) ;

About the policies there were 3 policies auto-configured by the server 1 CAP and 2 RAPS , I've configured 1 of each (prints also attached) , so I did disable the auto-configured e leave just the ones that I've configured;

OBS:
-I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS RELEVANT BUT I'VE CHANGE THE DEFAULT RDP PORT FROM 3391 TO OTHER FOR SECURITY SO I'VE ADAPTED MY POLICIES TO ACCEPT THIS DOOR ( AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PRINTS OF THE POLICIES);
-AND STRANGE IT SEEMS I DON'T KNOW WHY IN THE POLICIES THE NAME OF MY SERVER WHEN I'M SELECTING THE GROUPS ALLOWED IS OTHER THAN THE ACTUALY ONE THAT I'M USING TO CONNECT AND THAT I'VE NAMED THE SERVER.
FOR EXEMPLE MY SERVER IS SERVER01 IT APPEARS IN THE POLICIES REMOTE_SERVER....\USERS

Even though all the things I did the error still there .

(I'm also sending the prints with how I'm connecting ( just burling passwords and ports) so you can see a more general scenario).
