    Hi Jean-Pierre Kustner,

    Based on the information provided by you during the thread creation, we understand that you are unable to create a virtual machine.

    We tried from our end and able to deploy the VM successfully. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.

    Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    1. Logout Azure portal from all the browsers and try signing with Microsoft learn sandbox environment.
    2. Please avoid the restricted networks and devices. So that you will be able to deploy the virtual machine.
