Based on the error message you received, it appears that you entered the incorrect location name "eastus2euap," which is not among the available locations. Please choose one of the locations listed in the screenshot provided:
We have completed the exercise on our end, following each step outlined in the document, and successfully created an Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL, as shown in the screenshots below:
Kindly restart the exercise from the beginning and ensure the correct location is selected for creating the Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL.

Thank you I restarted and I was able to successfully create a CosmosDB database and follow all the steps in the exercise.
I would like to suggest however if along the tutorial you can provide links that actually describe or to have a better understanding of the options presented when creating a cosmosdb database as it has alot of tabs such as Global distribution, Networking whose parameters I did not fully understand but just went for the default answers. Would be nice to have more information through a link as I assume not everyone would be interested in learning in great details what the parameters are.
