How can I contact the Azure support as I have been charged alot for a service and I am a student can't pay the invoice?

Hello. I am unable to submit a ticket on azure support and also I am not able to contact the sales team. Can someone help me to contact MS contact service center as I need them to provide me a wavier since I wasn't aware that the free trial finished and now I am been asked to pay an amount of 238 euros. Since I am a student its really hard for me to pay this amount.
