Smart screen security error during upload app on store

Hi Team,

Could you please help me for sort this issue. I had developed app using Tauri, during submit the APP on store getting security (Smart Screen) error. While I had followed the given steps still error not resolved.

Error Below:

|10.2.10 Security|A security prompt with the message, "Windows Protected Your PC. Microsoft Defender Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app may put your PC at risk" was displayed during installation of the x64 package (separate from any UAC prompt). Your product must not compromise the security of users, the Store, or a related system, nor cause that security to be called into question.

If you believe the Smartscreen warning is a false positive then please perform the following actions to expedite resolution of the issue.

Download the file using Microsoft Edge browser.
When informed that the download was blocked by Smartscreen select the blocked file and click "Report this file as safe | I am the owner or representative of this website and I want to report an incorrect warning about it "
Fill out and submit the form. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your report.
24 hours after sending the report confirm that the file no longer displays a Smartscreen warning before resubmitting the product for certification.

According to the error message, it seems that you ware downloading the APP. If you are the application owner, you need to establish your application's reputation.

To help establish your application's reputation, consider doing the following:

Digitally sign your programs with an Authenticode signature

Reputation is generated and assigned to digital certificates as well as specific files. Digital certificates allow data to be aggregated and assigned to a single certificate rather than many individual programs. Only Authenticode Certificates issued by a Certificate Authority (CA) that is a member of the Windows Root Certificate Program can establish reputation.
