How can I change location in Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server?
source location - East US
Destination location - East US 2

Do you mean you want to change the existing location from East US to East US2?

@Sonam Agrawal If you are moving /changing to another region currently this option is not available
however, read replica is allowing multiple global regions, easy process use read replica.
Go to replication under settings.
