    Hello

Of course you can. To publish a multi-functional network printer with scanning capabilities on a Windows print server over the network so that users can scan over the network, the main steps can be summarized as follows:

    1. Make sure the printer is connected: Make sure the printer is properly connected to the network and can be recognized on the Windows print server.
    2. Share Printer: On the Windows print server, find and share the printer through the Devices and Printers option in the Control Panel.
    3. Configure Scanning: Enable and configure network scanning through the printer's Web interface or control panel. This may include setting the scan resolution, file format, where files are stored after scanning (such as a network shared folder or email address), and so on.
    4. User access: Network users can now access the printer through the Windows Print Server and use its scanning capabilities. The user simply drops the file into the scan area of the printer and selects the "Scan" option on the computer.
