Duplicate workflows and User in MS Entra ID governance

Question

Hello everyone,

i started working with Microsoft Entra ID and i did some workflows for the IT department, but i need to do some more workflows for other departments.

Is there a way i can duplicate the workflows i created? And is there also a way to duplicate users?

@Emin Sen Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you want to duplicate the workflows you have created.

Checked on this with my product team, unfortunately we dont have duplicate workflow function as if now. You can share your feedback over here - https://feedback.azure.com/d365community/search/?q=lifecycle+workflow with business justification, it is closely monitoring by our product team.

We have Manage workflow properties & Manage workflow versions as if now.

Also, its not possible to duplicate users as well within Entra ID.
