Angular app giving error "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again."

I have an Angular app that I've written which uses @angular/msal-angular for an esignature feature. It opens the login popup, requests a sign-in, and passes the data on a successful sign-in to the rest of my app.
The app has been working successfully for a few weeks, but recently, users have reported getting the message "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." at random intervals. Some days it does not happen at all, while some days it happens every 10 minutes. Restarting the browser does not seem to fix, but after a few minutes the problem seems to resolve itself.
Is there a setting somewhere that is rate-limiting the calls to the app key? Or is there a user setting that needs to be enabled?

Could you please share information about this issue.
- Is this angular app hosted on azure app service? or any other azure service you are hosting your application.
- Post the authentication, what is the error message that users are getting when they are trying to access the application.
- During the impact time, have looked the application logs or log stream logs to know what is happening. If not, please do enable the diagnostic logging on the app service and review them.
- Also, if your application is hosted on app service, you can leverage the detectors in diagnose and solve problems to troubleshoot the issue.

- The app is locally hosted on our servers.
- Here is a screenshot of the error, they don't even get past the auth popup when it occurs. failedsing.png
- I am working on getting ownership to that part of the application now (currently I only have ownership of the registration. I will update once I can test that).
- Unfortunately, it is not.
