I do have a look on the previous questions on the same issue and did not find any relevant solution to it. I also downloaded VC_redist.x86.exe and still the same problem.User's image

    Hi @Amit Kumar,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

From looking at your logs, it looks like that an older version (14.24.28127) of C++ Redistributable blocks the installation of the latest version 14.38.33135.

Please open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, search ‘Visual C++’ to check if you have ”Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable - 14.24.28127” installed, uninstall it.

Or you can download the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool , run the tool to uninstall all ‘Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 …14.24.28127’ items.

Then reboot your computer and reopen VS Installer to retry or repair your installation.

If it doesn’t work, you can also use the troubleshooter tool to uninstall all the Visual C++ Redistributable items and retry the VS installation.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
