My Azure virtual desktop cuts off calls and Zoom meetings, and is slow and my coworkers get disconnected constantly.

Question

I tried Microsoft Support, which refused to help with the problem and then the support rep dipped, so maybe someone here has experienced similar issues since I can't seem to reconnect with support. We run 2 virtual desktops that both have issues with disconnecting, as well as not being able to use Zoom or any voice-based app as they do not process voices correctly. Also, even when running basic programs such as Word, it skips and lags. We have the 8 GB and i don't think this should be happening but I can't figure out why and how to fix them. I often get a message that also states it is high usage when I have 2 or 3 things open at once. I have none of these issues when I am not on the virtual desktop.
