I need to get a report that will show all files/folders that have been shared within a SharePoint site.

I know we can see some data within the library permissions, but I need to see what exact file(s) have been shared under limited access

    Hi @Mark Callan ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

To run the report on file and folder sharing in a SharePoint site(SharePoint)

    1. Open the site where you want to run the report
    2. On the Settings menu, click Site usage.
    3. In the Shared with external users section, click Run report.
    4. Choose a location to save the report, and then click Save.

Report is titled "Shared with external users", but in fact - there are all shares, not only external.
