Hi,
I was a freelancer for a client and needed to create an additional directory (with the same email address as my original one). Now I don't work for the client anymore, deleted the directory at myaccount.microsoft.com and still every time I want to open teams, I am requested to enter my password (unfortunately the one for the client directory I already deleted) and then told the same message again and again. So my question is: how can "Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account" as recommended?

If you are experiencing this only in Teams, you may also want to uninstall and reinstall Teams.
Otherwise, please try these steps:
- Go to azure.microsoft.com
- Select Try Azure for Free > Start free.
- Sign in with your email.
- It should detect that you already have a subscription and give you the option to use it.
This error message usually occurs if you have a subscription that is recently expired, inactive, or orphaned. To resolve this, you typically need to claim a new Azure subscription or transfer the subscription to a new account.

Would be intuitive to offer "change subscription" when it is detected that it needs to be changed :)
