Upgrade "Access to Azure Active Directory" subscriptions request via email

Hoping for some help (as a MS Partner) received the following email "Your subscription offer, Access to Azure Active Directory, will be disabled on May xx, 2024..."

"If you currently have active resources in your Access to Azure Active Directory subscription, please upgrade to a new pay-as-you-go subscription by submitting a support ticket below"

If I go to try and submit a support ticket, however, there is a set of awkward AI prompts, that fail to answer the question and do not let me submit a support ticket?

As I have resources in my subscription - how can I submit a support request to progress with the above

How can I progress?

Thanks

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

If you are the tenant admin, you should raise a support ticket with Azure.

    Portal - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request

Global Support Phone Numbers - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 (here you can find the number of the support teams of your region)

If you are not the admin, then speak to your Tenant Admin to raise a support ticket with Azure.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @Kevan

Thank you for reaching out to us!
To create a support request for Azure, you need to have an Azure subscription and appropriate permissions.

You can get to Help + support in the Azure portal. It's available from the Azure portal menu, the global header, or the resource menu for a service.

Before you can file a support request, you must have appropriate permissions. To create a support request, you must have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role, or a custom role with Microsoft.Support/*, at the subscription level.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Thanks,

    Akhilesh.
