Trying to access old account from almost 10 years ago!

Hi, I am trying to regain access to my old account that I stopped using due to trying to escape domestic violence and safety concerns around 2017/18.

I am now safe to access my account, but cannot pass the generic application to do so, as I don't remember the bank card details, last email sent and passwords etc. I had changed passwords so often to try and keep safe during that time frame that that option is a no-go. I also had to change phone numbers, bank details etc.

I do, however, have access to another account of mine with correspondence to the account in question. I also am able to answer the secret questions I set up for my account originally. And of course, my photo ID and birth certificate would and do match this account.

I would love to figure out how to get back into this account in question, as I lost a lot of personal files and photos etc. in the process of my 'escape', and I would like to access these for the sake of my kids and their history. There are photos and documents in that account that are irreplicable. Have tried everything online that I can find, and unsure of where to go from here.

Any advice please?!

    You'll have to reach out to MS for this one. I've been able to add a secondary email to Live/Outlook accounts and get in that way. You'll have to jump through a few hoops and all and it may take a few days for it to sort out, but I'd start with support.
