Which version of Office are you using?
If it is Office on Windows, you may close all Office apps, use script OLicenseCleanup.vbs to clear all Office cached Office account information on your PC, then sign in back and re-activate Office to check this issue.
If you are using Office for Mac, after close all Office apps, open Finder> Applications> Utilities> Keychain Access > Search for Microsoft Office, and delete all the related keychain. Then reopen Office app and sign in your accout.
