How to block changes in Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10Pro is installed. A dozen or so people use the computer. How to block the ability to make changes and leave saved files? I'm looking for a solution like "mandatory profile".

    Yes, to block changes, you can try to create a mandatory user profile:

    1.Login the computer as locan admin, create and customize a default user profile.

    2.Run Sysprep with the CopyProfile setting set to True in the answer file to copy to network share.

    4.Rename the profile and make it as mandatory user profile.
