Right-click the Thunderbolt Control Center icon and select "Run as administrator." This might give the software the necessary permissions to access Thunderbolt devices.
Press Win+R to open Run menu and type services.msc followed by pressing the Enter key. Locate "Thunderbolt Bus Service" and right-click on it. Select "Restart" to refresh the service.
Update Thunderbolt drivers.
If required uninstall and reinstall Thunderbolt Control Center. Go to the Microsoft Store and download the latest Thunderbolt Control Center. Install it and check if it recognizes devices consistently.
