What is the Maximum number of callers can Auto Attendant in Microsoft Teams handle (THIS IS NOT ABOUT CALL QUEUES)

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what is the maximum number of callers can Auto Attendant in Microsoft Teams handle?

Please don't tell me about call queues, as they are separate and I know it's a maximum of 200, default of 50.

Also I'd like to know the maximum number of callers for an announcement (again this is not a call queue).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @NW

In order to help prevent a denial of service attack from web based click-to-call applications, there's a maximum of 40 click-to-call calls per minute across all auto attendants and call queues in the tenant.

Additionally, there is no additional capacity limit for automated attendants.

Could you please tell me: Announcement refers to which function in Teams Calling?

Yes, I knew about the call limits placed upon web based click-to-call applications, but it isn't applicable in this case.

Regarding the announcement feature, it is basically a sub option menu within an auto attendant, where it'll play an announcement.

Apart from this, there are no additional restrictions for auto-attendants (the same applies to announcement functionality).
