My Microsoft Learn Profile Was Reset

Question

Hello,

I looked into my profile today and saw that my account was somehow reset. I had certification, challenges, badges, and collections. My level was also reset to level one. How did this happen and is there a way to recover all that was lost? Also have two exams coming up in June, and both were earned through the challenges to take the free exams and don't want to lose these certs if this happens again. Thank you.
