Availability of OpenAI text-embedding-3 on European servers

Hello,

I noticed that there are prices for some European regions for the text-embedding-3 models from OpenAI (e.g. here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/cognitive-services/openai-service/), but the model itself is not available in these regions (currently only available in three North American regions).

Are there plans to make text-embedding-3-large and/or text-embedding-3-small available on European servers and if yes, when might that be?

Unfortunately, there is no ETA on availability of OpenAI text-embedding-3 on European regions.
