We followed the deployment guide to deploy TEOC https://github.com/OfficeDev/microsoft-teams-emergency-operations-center/wiki/Deployment-Guide#6-create-the-teams-app-packages
But after the installing app in Microsoft Teams we are getting an error: teocazureapp.azurewebsites.net’s server IP address could not be found.
