Trying to deploy Datadog Trial integration with Azure ( free subscription) using the ARM template, but keep failing

Question

When Trying to deploy datadog integration to Azure using the template that brings up all Azure templates, i keep getting an error and it fails, im not sure if its because my Azure is on the free state with $200 credit. The error given is not explicit at all
