Why is my exam not showing in my Learn account even though I have followed all steps to troubleshoot?

I have only One Microsoft Learn accounts that can be used to schedule my PL-300 exam. I have signed in upon being notified of the exam being ready to take REMOVED but it keeps telling me I do not have an exam ready to take this exam, I have used my Company Email to take a discount for the exam but still the exam is not available in the credential column of my account.
