Custom Domain from Goddaddy does not work with Azure public IP

I have custom domain from GoDaddy. i want to connect it to public IP that I have for a VM (linux) on Azure. However, even though I set the DNS records, domain does not work. When I visit it, it is unreachable. If i visit the public IP, then I can see my app is running. I am not using App Service, it is a plain Virtual Machine from Azure. I contacted GoDaddy support and they even updated the A records but it still does not work.

It is more than 2 days I am wasting my time. I also have an SSL certificate from Azure vault, but neither with or without SSL, the domain does not redirect to my server.

Could someone give any tips on what to do?
