Azure Site-to-Site VPN to onprem with multiple routers (LNG)

I have a site-to-site VPN connection setup between Azure VNET and on-perm router. Works fine.

The question is if I can setup another VPN connection between the same Azure VNET and a different on-perm router.

I read that while VNG can connect to multiple LNGs, the LAN subnets of the LNG cannot overlap.

We want redundant network connection at the router level; that is, if one router crashed the other router will continue handling traffic to Azure.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
