There is no relevant API in UWP to modify the default browser. This requirement is not possible in UWP.

But there is a similar function LaunchUriAsync(Uri, LauncherOptions), you can choose the browser to open the specified uri.

string uriToLaunch = @"http://www.bing.com"; var uri = new Uri(uriToLaunch); // Set the option to show the picker var options = new Windows.System.LauncherOptions(); options.DisplayApplicationPicker = true; // Launch the retrieved file bool success = await Windows.System.Launcher.LaunchUriAsync(uri, options);

Today, I found a similar function LaunchUriAsync(Uri, LauncherOptions), you can choose the browser to open the specified uri.
