I already solved the issue. I don't know if it is a technical glitch because after many times I just found the link where I will put the voucher code.

I have received already the voucher code after completing the AI Skills Challenge which I received though the email address that I used in taking the challenge that is also aligned with my learn profile. However, upon scheduling for the exam, I got a message that no code is available for my email.
I tried proceeding also for payment, there were no field to input for the voucher code.
I already solved the issue. I don't know if it is a technical glitch because after many times I just found the link where I will put the voucher code.
