PowerShell command to execute below SSIS.exe file with no prompting window

Please assist me in executing below command, you can see respective .exe file is there in the respective folder. Please assist on this

You ran the same executable four times. Which one displayed that dialog box?

I agree with @Olaf Helper -- this isn't a PowerShell problem, at least not until you provide a list of the command line parameters accepted by the executable along with an example of the Start-Process cmdlet that failed.

The error message comes from the tool "SSISDevOpsTools", not from PowerShell.

And by the error message you pass wrong parameter (values) to the tool

So do what the tool say, use "/?" to get the right parameter names and possible values.
