    Hi Cypress Knee Recording Studio,

Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing with OneDrive.

    please follow these steps:

Please check you have Microsoft 365 admins can access or not.

If you're already signed in with one account, for example, you're signed in with a Microsoft account and you want to sign in with a work or school account instead, or vice versa, do the following:

    1. Sign out of the account you're signed in with, and then sign in with the new account.
    2. Open a private browsing session in a new browser window.
    3. Go to Manage storage, and check if the additional storage is visible.
    4. If you have more than one Microsoft account, check that you are signed in to the account with which you have purchased the business account.
    5. In your OneDrive app settings, confirm the correct account is linked. (If the wrong account is linked, remove and replace it in OneDrive.)

Reference: Change a specific user's OneDrive storage space

To Check storage: Office 365 admin center> Active Users> Click on any user who is having OneDrive for Business> OneDrive tab and see the storage. Note: Only Microsoft 365 admins can access the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you signed in to the Admin Center and get the message, "You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action" then you aren't a Microsoft 365 admin.

If the problem didn't resolve, reach out to OneDrive for Business team where they can collect the logs and find the cause of it. Open the Office 365 admin center> Support> Help & Support.
