schedule azure alert rule on specific days/timeframes only

Hi,

is it possible to schedule an azure alert only on weekdays and between business hours ?

for example : an alert to check hourly if a service bus queue has received messages in the last hour. if not, the alert is triggered.

however the alert may only be acitvated on weekdays during business hours.
