Create teams meetings between users in bulk

Hi all,

We have meetings between teachers and parents, we have all the emails / times in an excel sheet but we want to bulk create these meetings for the correct times for the teachers is this possible?

    Hi @Aran Billen

    Currently there is no way to directly extract time from Excel to create meetings in batches in Teams.

    If these dates are at the same interval (every few days or every week) and have the same attendees, you can create a recurring meeting:

    If you need to extract dates and attendees from Excel, you can use PowerAutomate to do so. The prerequisite is that the data in Excel must exist in the form of a table (PowerAutomate cannot extract data directly from Excel Sheet). I made a test for your reference:
