I have a Visual Studio Enterprise with GitHub Enterprise subscription and I am unable to activate Windows 11 licenses. I get Error code: 0xC004C020. I have run the troubleshooting and get "We can't activate your copy of Windows. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again. If you are connected to the internet and continue seeing this problem, contact your system administrator." I am able to browse the internet from this system.
