How can I change my email for authorization on the Learn portal?

Hello,

Now I log in to the Learn portal using my work email (...@epam.com), using Microsoft autentificator. On May 17th I am leaving the company and will no longer be able to log in using my work email. Now my personal email is also attached to my profile. How can I change my email to log into the LEARN portal?
