Each unit in Microsoft includes an estimated completion time for its modules/units.
The "Exercise: monitor a load balancer resource using Azure Monitor," the documentation suggests a completion time of 3 minutes.
Note: The video durations are not factored into the estimated completion times for any learn paths or modules.
