MS engineering has acknowledged their embarrassing oversight and has an internal case (520499443) going to get it fixed.

How about a real answer to this question? Microsoft arm64 documentation is total shite. Where is this addin? None of the official microsoft docs on the myriad of new teams addin issues (what a piece of crap you guys have written here, honestly) appear to apply to arm64 at all (not that that is made clear in the docs of course). Get it together.

If it helps - I've grabbed a copy of the .msi from an x64 machine and installed that which works fine (at C:\Program Files\Windowsapps\MSTeamsXXXXetc). It'll do for now while we wait on Wes' case.
