Excel 2019 - ROW NO display problem

I upgraded to Excel 2019 ( Org. Office 2010 )

1.       Only 1 old file display ROW NO  have problem.

      Remark : Others old files display ROW NO. are correct.

      Remark : Create new file display ROW NO. are correct.

      1. In Excel 2019, go to the View tab.
      2. In the Show group, make sure the checkbox next to Headings is checked. This will display both row numbers and column letters.
    1. In Excel 2019, go to File > Options > Advanced. Under Display options for this worksheet, make sure the checkbox next to Show row and column headers is checked
