App Service not visible in list of App Services

I have two App Services created over a year ago that used to be visible in the list of App Services. As of recently, the list is not including these two particular App services. They are still working correctly, and they are also available in the list of Recent Resources.

To access them I have to either access them from Recent resources, if they are available, or from the billing section. In the app services I made sure that I do not have any filters.

I understand that you have 2 app services which were up and running, but when you are trying to list those apps using the App services blade in the portal those are not showing up. Correct if my understanding is wrong.

Could you please try any of the below and let us know if you are still facing the issue.

Have tried pulling the list of web apps using Rest API WebApps- List or using either AzCLI cmdlet (az webapp list) or PowerShell cmdlets (Get-AzWebApp)?

Using any of methods are you able to see those 2 webapps?

Try clearing the browser cache, logout and re-login to portal and check.

Login to portal from different browser or login to portal from different a user who has access to subscription and check?

What permission do you have on those app service residing resource group and subscription.

@VenkateshDodda-MSFT Using AzCLI (az webapp list --resource-group <>) the app services can be seen correctly. However, on the portal it is still not showing. Additionally, I am having problems deploying from Azure Devops CD as it says resource is not available. The site is till on though.
I can still access the "missing" app service from the Recently accessed list

I am summarizing our offline discussion and posting the same as an answer.

Issue: unable to see a particular web app from the app service blade and they are able to see, access the webapp from the recent accessed resource list in the portal.

Things tried:

Requested to list the app service under the subscription either from CLI or using the Rest API @Jurgen Cassar confirmed that they are able to see those missing apps from CLI.

Resolution:

We performed a resource sync operation @Jurgen Cassar confirmed they were able to view the missing webapps (from portal).
