How to use EV certificate sign driver to support from win7 to win11?

I have ordered EV certificate with USB dongle last month, seems cross sign are not support since 2021, Without use cross sign works on win10 but failed install on win7. so how to use EV certificate sign driver to support from win7 to win11?
