Visual Studio problem

I am using Visual Studio 2019. And in the toolbox, there is this thing called "NavigationMenu". But I don't see it in the toolbox, and I need it for my project. Please help mehtg

    The NavigationMenu is for UWP projects while it appears you have a Windows Forms project.

    I didn’t find the NavigationMenu control. 

    It might be a third-party control, or a custom control created by someone else.
