Microsoft reschedule problem

I was about to attempt my AI-102 exam and as I was about to complete all the process of the OnVue software in the end it displayed a prompt saying "Teams is preventing for the exam to be launced" inspite of the fact that teams was not open. It then displayed me a prompt saying reschedule your exam or continue with the problem. Given the circumstance i decided to reschedule and after clicking on that it displayed to visit the profile within 2 hours to reschedule. I immediately navigated to the credentials tab and certifications section but it doesnt show any certification details. Please help me with this.
