    Hi Maui,

Thanks for your post. Values from 4 to 9 are not available in the keyboard. When opening your Word document.

    1. Go to the Insert tab.
    2. Click on the Symbol option under the Symbols group.
    3. Now, click More Symbols. The Symbol window will appear on your screen containing all the symbols.
    4. Now, scroll the symbols chart to find the exponent value you want to type in your document.
    5. Once you find the exponent value, select it, and click Insert.

To find the exponents quickly, you can select different subsets. For example, the Latin-1 Supplement subset contains only three values as exponents, 1, 2, and 3. Values from 4 to 9 are available as exponents in the Superscripts and Subscripts subset.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
