When I installed active directory, a notification appeared "The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed. The operation cannot be completed because the specified server needs to be restarted"

I have restarted several times but the results are still the same.

what do I have to do?

    Take a look at this, seems that your pending reboot state can be avoided by either deleting or setting this key to null.
