Trying to unable free subscription on my Azure account but after the payment I'm getting revert back to the payment and sign up page But on my bank account it show the payment is done. Please help

I have just created a new account on Azure and trying to apply for the free subscription But after filling all the details and doing the payment verification I am getting revert back to the verification page again and for the verification purpose my the money is debited from the account. I'm still unable to get the free trial subscription. Please help

It happened to me once and in my case I cleared my browser cache. You can try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser, but first make sure that your approval process is done successfully by checking your email. I hope this helps.

Progress bar hangs in identity verification by card section

To complete the identity verification by card, third-party cookies must be allowed for your browser.

Use the following steps to update your browser's cookie settings.

1. Update the cookie settings.
   • If you're using Chrome:
   • Select Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings. Clear Block third-party cookies and site data.
   • If you're using Microsoft Edge:
   • Select Settings > View advanced settings > Cookies > Don't block cookies.
2. Refresh the Azure sign-up page and check whether the problem is resolved.
3. If the refresh didn't resolve the issue, then exit and restart the browser, and try again.
