Certify the custom connector learn module discrepency

Question

The question says if we need to get Microsoft certified to be able to share the custom connector to all the users and the correct answer says False stating that the certification is optional. But, in the learn module this is what it says specifically:

Certify the custom connector

If you want to share the connector with all users in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps, you can submit the connector for Microsoft certification.
