How in the world do I speak to someone at Microsoft to help me with a mystery charge?

I have 2 azure accounts and 2 Microsoft 365 accounts for 2 companies. A charge was assessed to my personal credit card. By the way, I also have the Personal Family Microsoft 365 subscription. The charge details refer to a commercial account invoice number, either Azure or Microsoft 365, I don't know for sure. However, I am not able to find this invoice number in any of my Microsoft 365 or Azure subscriptions. I need help from Microsoft support in investigating where this invoice number is coming from.
