Sharepoint Online - Cannot move folder

Question

Hi all,

My user has "Full Control" permission to all folders in image , but when she tried to move "BOOK KEEPING" into "04. XU LY KE TOAN" , she got error as below

I want to know why and how to fix it ?

I can do moving with sharepoint administrator account.

As per my knowledge, it seems to be a permission issue. How did you grant permission to the issue user, invited the user directly to the library or the site? Go to Library settings >> Permissions for this library >> Check Permissions to check the permission level of the user. If you confirmed that he does have "Full control", remove the user from the library and grant the permission to the user again.
