Cannot view data lake gen 2 containers using analytics synapse linked service view (even with the contributor permission granted)

Question

Each time i try to view the contents of a data lake gen 2 container using the portal 'Data' tab. I get the following error; 'Storage Explorer Error Uncaught ReferenceError: O is not defined.'

I have already given the resource and myself, the storage contributor role. Though the issue persists, has anyone had this issue before or has any idea of how to resolve it ?

This feels like a glitch while the page is put in the cache of the browser.

Please switch over to another browser to confirm the issue is not browser related.

You can also try to clear the cache. This tutorial is available from Google (Chrome).

If the issue is persistent, notify Microsoft in the Azure portal by giving feedback:

This is actually picked up by the portal team so this gives them a chance to fix it.
