Good morning,

We have a WSUS server, I have carefully selected the drivers in the classifications. But I don't have any drivers coming down in updates. It created a "Pilot" entity but I only have cumulative updates in it. Is this normal? Thank you very much

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further check this issue, please kindly follow below basic troubleshooting steps:

1.Check if driver is selected well for update.

2.Check if wsus account has proper access to update the driver.

3.Check if wsus server has a working network connection and can execute update for OS version.

Hope this answer can help you well.

It is classifications + products that = your metadata coming in. If you have Drivers selected with PowerShell updates, you'll never see drivers flow in.

If you have Windows 10, 1903 and later along with Drivers, you should see some coming in.
